Return Policy

At Kewling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before placing your order, our Customer Support team is happy to help you choose the right cooling solution.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and components

  • Be in new, resalable condition

All returns require prior authorization. Please submit a Return Request before returning any product.


European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a member state of the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify Kewling before the 14-day period expires by contacting our Customer Support team at kewling.solutions@gmail.com.

Returned products should be unused except to the extent necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning, and should be returned with all accessories and original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Where required by applicable law, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable law, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products made to customer specifications

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Digital products delivered electronically after performance has begun

  • Any other products exempt under applicable law


Return Authorization

Before approving a return, Kewling may offer an alternative solution such as:

  • Replacement parts

  • Product replacement

  • Exchange for another product

These options often provide a faster and more convenient resolution than returning the product.

Each return request is reviewed individually based on the product, order value, quantity purchased, shipping costs, and reason for the return.


Quantity Purchase Policy

Orders containing five (5) or more products are considered quantity purchases and are not eligible for return.

Orders containing three (3) or more units of the same product are also considered quantity purchases and are not eligible for return.

If products arrive damaged or incorrect, replacement parts, exchanges, or replacements may still be available.

If you're planning a larger purchase, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order with any questions about product compatibility or specifications.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Clearance items

  • Final Sale items

  • Open-box items

  • Products that have been installed, assembled, modified, or used

  • Products returned without their original packaging

  • International orders


Return Shipping

Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided by Kewling Customer Support.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


Store Credit

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible returns will be issued as Kewling Store Credit.

Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned merchandise only.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products returned damaged, missing components, improperly packaged, or not in resalable condition may receive reduced store credit or be rejected.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

We'll work with you to provide replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.


International Orders

Due to the nature of international fulfillment, international orders are not eligible for returns.

If an international order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we'll work with you to find an appropriate solution.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees (where permitted), and the original shipping costs.
